Put your chess game on the air with just a phone.
Mount a phone over the board. The app recognises the moves as they are played and spectators follow the game live on a digital board, here or in the app. No camera operator, no video upload, no electronic board.

How it works
1Mount the phoneClip the phone above the board looking straight down. The app shows a red, yellow or green light until the view is right.
2Set up and startEnter the players, pick a tournament or a quick game, set up the pieces and press Start.
3Moves are recognisedEach time the board settles the app works out which legal move was played and publishes it. Unclear moments pause for the player to confirm.
4Everyone watchesSpectators follow on this site or in the app, step through the moves and download the PGN. Organisers get every game of the event in one file.
For organisers
Create a tournament, share its join code with the players, and every board they broadcast is collected under the event: a boards grid for spectators, a live view for the arbiter, and a combined PGN at the end. Players can also create their own events from the app.
Video for disputes stays on the player's phone: the app keeps a rolling ten minutes that the arbiter can play back at the board. Nothing is uploaded.
